Unidoz Warranty


The warranty period for all dispensers/foamers/pumps is 1 YEAR.

  • In the event of a material defect or improper assembly, the dispenser will be repaired at the manufacturer’s expense.
  • The user is required to follow the manufacturer’s instructions provided in the product manual.

Service


If the device fails, it should be delivered with a copy of the proof of purchase to the point of sale. If the device was purchased online, it will be collected by a courier service.

Procedure for returning a dispenser for repair:

The dispenser/foamer/pump must be thoroughly rinsed from any chemical product.

Dry it and seal the hoses to prevent leakage.

Pack it securely in a box to protect the device from damage.

Attach the safety data sheet (SDS) of the chemical product used with the device.

Include a note in the package with the return address for the repaired dispenser.
